MEET THE ENTERTAINERS for Twinsburg's Brats and Brews Bash | S.T.V. Bavaria Schuhplattler Dancers

The colorful dirndls twirl alongside the lederhosen-clad Schuhplattlers as S.T.V. Bavaria brings the lively traditions of Bavarian and Alpine folk dancing to audiences across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. For more than 70 years, the group has entertained audiences with spirited courtship, occupational, and show dances, performed to the toe-tapping sounds of Alpine music.

The roots of Schuhplattling in Cleveland date back to the early 1920s, and the group has continued to grow and evolve while preserving these traditions for generations. Today, S.T.V. Bavaria includes children's, teen, and adult dancers, along with singers and instrumentalists. Performing in authentic traditional tracht from various regions of the Tyrol, the group continues to share its heritage through appearances at festivals, cultural celebrations, Oktoberfests, and community events.
