SET UP & CLEAN UP: Set up begins at the club at 10:00am. All available members are requested to come! We will also need members to be available at the end of the evening for hall cleanup.

SERVING: Barb & Mike are in the process of assigning servers for each table. Please reply to barb_mulligan@yahoo.com as soon as possible to let her know whom from your families will be serving. Once again they’ll do their best to accommodate requests if you have specific tables you’d like to serve.  As a reminder, all STV Bavaria members should arrive Lenau Park by 4:30p, finish eating in the bar by 5:15p, and be ready to begin serving guests in the main hall at 5:30p. 

Dancers meet in the practice room at 7:10pm. Program begins at 7:30pm.
